ANNA PENNATI

Anna Pennati ranges from one topic to another, using each time the appropriate medium and style, following a path that is a sure sign of an important international artist, as evidenced by the 25-year career and over 50 exhibitions that have achieved great success.

Lives and works in Milan. Art teacher, graduated from the Accademia di Brera, counts among his collectors also Valery Giscard d’Estaing, former French President, a man of refined culture, who bought one of the portraits that Anna has dedicated to him.

“My artistic research is constantly evolving. The sign and the color alternate in the roles of protagonist and express themselves on the white stage of my canvas. Sometimes the sign prevails, decisive, strong, as in my “oracles”. Other times, as in the exhibition dedicated to the “myths” and held in London at the Artspace Gallery in Mayfair, is the color to take over”. In my paintings about dance the balance is perfect, instead reflecting the needs of the movement and of the plasticity of the subjects.”
