ILARIA FRANZA
Contemporary artist and painter from the province of Como, Ilaria Franza graduated in Experimental Arts at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. Renowned for her deft use of color, she works alongside interior designers and product designers to create one-of-a-kind paintings.
Her works offer a different perspective on the external and internal world,
taking the audience into an uncharted area of the mind that draws inspiration from the Romance.
There is an innate friction in all of our lives. The perennial conflict between the internal will and the
external conditions. Among the energies, whatever they are, profuse to achieve something and the adversities that prevent us from doing so. And intrinsic to the human experience, is that
we all live. The basic experience that unites each individual. Franza's works do not represent this. They are this. Each painting is the dance stretched between the intentions of the artist to reach a goal conceived and the real environmental conditions that work and act simultaneously on the canvas.
